A key member of the Commercial Team who works closely with the Revenue Lead and other team members to ensure completed work is converted to cash in a timely manner, and that all completed work is valued and paid for. This position may be based in Rathcormac, Co. Cork, or Athenry, Co. Galway.
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for:
Processing work orders for completed works across various work streams.
Raising of additional work orders to ensure any variations are captured for future and completed works.
Use of Maximo Asset Management software.
Assisting in the preparation of preconstruction packages for construction works.
Use of GeoPal field software to confirm works are completed prior to submission of payment claim.
Submitting applications for payment of works in accordance with the contract.
Liaison with other Back Office and Site team members.
Attending project meetings as required.
Liaison with members of the Clients Back Office team to facilitate the progression of work orders.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly internal cost reports.
Liaison with members of the Clients Field Engineering team to resolve any issues with work order progression.
Maintaining good relations with clients and site teams at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or other related quantitative discipline.
2+ years relevant work experience.
Experience with ERP/Asset Management software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
High attention to detail.
Previous experience with Maximo Asset Management software would be advantageous.
Must have full clean Irish/EU driving license
Authorised to work in Ireland ie Hold a valid work permit, or stamp 4 visa.
