This project involves the provision of professionally managed, high quality, operational and maintenance support services to UCD’s Residence Management Team for the operation of over 3,000 residences throughout the year.

This project involves the provision of professionally managed, high quality, operational and maintenance support services to UCD’s Residence Management Team for the operation of over 3,000 residences throughout the year.

The support service includes an on-campus support team to provide end-of-occupancy apartment maintenance turnarounds for new customer arrivals at different times of the year.

The on-campus team consists of electricians, plumbers, skilled technicians and general operatives to carry out the following but non-exhaustive requirements:

  • Boiler and Plant room inspections and servicing.
  • General Mechanical and Plumbing requirements.
  • Water Treatment and legionella control.
  • Apartment maintenance and operational turnarounds.
  • Apartment inventory management and distribution.
  • Pest control (Internal).
  • Maintenance materials and supplies.
  • Locks and ironmongery repair and/or replacement.
  • Laundry machine maintenance inspections and servicing.
  • Security.
  • Cleaning.
  • Access control.
  • Student arrivals support.
  • General electrical requirements.
  • General building fabric repairs.
  • Heating and ventilation inspection and servicing.
  • Minor decorative repairs.
  • Glazing, doors and window repairs.
