At Coffey, community support and teamwork are core to who we are. We’re proud to share the success of our latest initiative: raising €4,000 for Galway Hospice through our annual climb of Croagh Patrick.
In late June, a dedicated group of 26 Coffey team members from both our site and office teams across Ireland came together to take on the challenge of climbing Croagh Patrick. This climb, which has become a meaningful tradition at Coffey, reflects our shared value of Do It Together. It’s not just a slogan, it’s a commitment to one another, to our communities, and to causes that matter.
This year’s climb was dedicated to supporting Galway Hospice, an organisation that provides essential palliative care services to individuals and families throughout the West of Ireland. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our colleagues, friends, and families, we raised €1,790. In a gesture that underscores our company-wide commitment to giving back, the Coffey Board of Directors matched the full amount, bringing our total donation to €4,000.
On August 27, our CEO Odran Madden had the honour of presenting the cheque to Emer Molloy of Galway Hospice. This contribution will help Galway Hospice continue its compassionate mission, ensuring that those in need receive the dignity and care they deserve.

We’re grateful to everyone who climbed, donated, and supported this initiative. At Coffey, we believe in acting with purpose, building strong teams, and doing what’s right. If that sounds like your kind of workplace, maybe it’s time we had a conversation.
