Today, Coffey is launching our new business strategy, the Coffey Growth Journey, which sets out a bold, purpose-driven plan to grow our annual revenue from €140 million today to €500 million by 2035.
This strategy marks a new chapter for our business, building on 50 years of engineering delivery across Ireland and the UK. It reflects both where we’ve come from and where we’re going with a clear focus on sustainable, scalable growth that delivers real value for our clients, our people, and the communities we serve.

We’re launching this strategy at a time of positive momentum. We’ve been named one of Ireland’s Best Employers 2025, ranking 10th overall and the highest-placed construction firm in the survey. This recognition reflects the people-first culture that underpins our success and strengthens our ambition as we move forward.

Coftec: A Key Growth Driver
A central part of our growth plan is Coftec, our modular treatment division. As demand increases for faster, more flexible, and more sustainable infrastructure, Coftec’s prefabricated systems offer clients greater certainty, helping reduce site risk, accelerate delivery, and ensure compliance from day one.
Coftec allows us to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of utilities, industry, and regional development and will be instrumental in helping us achieve our targets.
