We’re delighted to share that Coffey has been shortlisted in four categories at the Women in Construction Awards 2026. These awards celebrate the people and initiatives driving real change and helping to build a more inclusive construction industry across Ireland.
For us, this recognition means more than being named on a shortlist. It represents our ongoing commitment to creating opportunity, supporting career progression and fostering a culture where everyone has the chance to succeed.

A key part of that journey has been Unlimited@Coffey. Launched in 2022, this women-led, cross-disciplinary programme is focused on meaningful, lasting impact. Through awareness, allyship, career development and outreach, it aims to empower people at every stage of their careers while strengthening the future of our industry.
We’re especially pleased to see Chere Daniels shortlisted for both Excellence in Construction Management and Excellence in Engineering. Her work on live projects demonstrates the power of strong leadership and technical expertise, and reflects the growing influence of women across our sector.
As we look ahead to the awards on 11 June at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry, our focus remains clear. We are committed to enhancing communities through engineering excellence and delivering infrastructure that will serve future generations.
