Eilish brings over two decades of strategic HR leadership experience across MedTech, pharmaceuticals, and professional services, joining Coffey following a distinguished 19-year career with Medtronic. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale people transformations, including Greenfield site launches, organisational design, global talent initiatives, and workforce strategy across Ireland, EMEA, and the US.

Recognised for her ability to align business priorities with people outcomes, Eilish has built inclusive, high-performing workplaces by combining analytical rigour with a deep understanding of culture and leadership. Her expertise spans organisation development and transformation, leadership capability building, and talent and succession planning, all of which will play an essential role as Coffey continues its growth journey.
