Joe’s leadership will be instrumental in advancing Engineering Tomorrow’s Infrastructure: The Coffey Growth Journey, our new group-wide strategy focused on delivering smarter, faster, and more sustainable infrastructure outcomes for clients and communities.
With extensive global experience across Europe, the US, and Asia, Joe brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record in advanced manufacturing, operations, and engineering. His leadership roles at TE Connectivity, Measurement Specialties, and Phenox Ltd have equipped him with strong capabilities in automation, process innovation, and international supply chain management—perfectly aligning with Coftec’s mission to scale reliable, high-performance infrastructure rapidly.
Coftec designs, manufactures, and tests modular water and wastewater treatment systems at our in-house facility in Galway. Our prefabricated, containerised units (available in 20- and 40-foot configurations) are engineered to minimise on-site disruption, accelerate delivery, and reduce environmental impact while maintaining exceptional long-term performance. By shifting the majority of construction off-site, we reduce health and safety risks, shorten project timelines, and ensure quality control in a factory setting.
