Coffey has been recognised at the ICE West Midlands Awards for individual leadership and technical delivery.
Hayley Jackson was named Rising Star, recognising her leadership in pre‑construction, her role in building Coffey’s UK pre‑construction function, and her sustained contribution to STEM outreach, mentoring and the profession. Thanks to John Paul Smyth for nominating and supporting Hayley.
Alongside this, Coffey and Severn Trent received Highly Commended in the Innovation and Technical Excellence category for the Loggerheads Sanatorium STW project, delivered using DfMA‑led solutions and digitally enabled process control to overcome significant site constraints.
These awards reflect Coffey’s values in action: doing the right thing by acting with integrity and earning trust; doing it better by learning, sharing and striving for technical excellence; and doing it together through teamwork, collaboration and shared purpose.
