We’re delighted to spotlight Allen Dolan, Contracts Manager in Coffey’s Energy sector
With over 26 years’ experience delivering civil and infrastructure projects across Ireland, Allen brings a strong technical and commercial background shaped by hands-on delivery across major roads, water and wastewater, public realm, active travel and heavy civils.
Today, Allen is supporting the delivery of vital energy transition infrastructure, including his role as Contracts Manager on the Stream BioEnergy biomethane facility in Little Island, Co. Cork. The project represents an important step in Ireland’s transition to renewable gas, using anaerobic digestion to convert food and garden waste into biomethane for grid injection.
Allen’s wider experience also includes temporary emergency generation and zero-carbon synchronous condenser projects supporting grid stability and increased renewable integration.
At the heart of Allen’s approach is customer centricity: building trusted relationships, understanding client priorities and bringing commercial and delivery teams together to achieve successful, sustainable outcomes.
